Wine of the Month - Boschendal Classics Le Bouquet

As the transition from autumn is made to winter, the Estate trees show off the last of their reds and yellows and settle into a matured state of serenity. In this somewhat in-between season, and shape of contentment before the winter chill sets in we are drinking Boschendal Classics Le Bouquet.

The blending of Morio Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc from carefully selected vineyards is what makes this complex wine a pleasure to indulge in. The result of this perfectly balanced combination is a medium-sweet wine with bold flavours such as tropical fruits, peach and pineapple. A spicy undertone and lingering floral aroma of honeysuckle and frangipani is what makes this sophisticated wine tantalizingly vibrant yet soft on the palate. The Classics Le Bouquet is ready to be enjoyed now and is an excellent accompaniment to curries and other spicy dishes, a perfect transition into winter!
