A Boschendal original, Chardonnay Pinot Noir is crafted with great care using the two classic grape varieties of traditional Méthod Cap Classique. Chardonnay dominates in the youth of the wine with stone fruit & hints of pearl favours. It also contributes to the richness of the backbone of the wine. As the wine matures the Pinot Noir becomes more noticed adding unique elegance & fruit favours. Hints of strawberry preserve impart an intriguing aroma. characteristic hints of ripe red berries are also evident.
